Xuebin Chai graduated from an American art school. As an artist, he not only deeply loves art, he is actively engaged in creation, enthusiastically promotes traditional Chinese art, and devotes himself to the management of Chinese galleries to open up the market for Chinese paintings in the United States. The China Gallery he opened in San Leandro has become an important base for displaying China's excellent traditional culture and art in the Western United States and a center for cultural exchange between the East and the West. 柴學斌，畢業於美國藝術院校。作為藝術家，他不僅深愛藝術，積極從事創作，熱心弘揚中華傳統藝術，並全力投入中國畫廊經營管理，開拓中國畫在美國的市場。他在San Leandro 辦的中國畫廊己成為美西地區展示中國優秀傳統文化藝術的重要基地和東西方文化交流中心。為開發人才和提高中國藝術品在海外知度，他多次去中國，遍訪名家，到坊間探尋藝術奇才，尋求『來日之星』，故被譽為『灣區畫探』、『書畫界的伯樂』，使許多中國畫家從中國畫廊步入美國，走紅藝壇，走向世界。這些活動獲得當地政要、僑領及藝術界知名人士高度地讚譽。

In 2024, Chai Xuebin pioneered the "Chinese Gallery Miniature Painting Research Association"—the first of its kind in Chinese communities across the United States. The initiative aims to challenge the potential of Chinese painters in the Bay Area by condensing their subject matter into a compact about 36-square-inch format, thereby stimulating creativity. Artistic media are not limited to traditional Chinese ink painting but also encompass oil, acrylic, and watercolor. The style of miniature painting is now appreciated by many and widely popular among art collectors.
另外柴學斌於2024年在全美華人區首創『中國畫廊微型畫研究會』。目地是挑戰灣區中國畫家的潛能，把繪畫題材從大型作畫的尺寸縮小約在36平方英吋的空間𥚃，激發創作力。作品的媒介不限於中國水墨畫，也包括了油畫，丙烯和水彩等原料。現在微型畫的風格已受到許多人的欣賞，也廣泛的受到藝術收藏者的歡迎。
